Accessibility

Turner Street Music Hall is committed to making our programs accessible to all.

Accessible Parking

Use the north west corner entrance near Turner Street for lift access inside the Hall.

Seating with Access for Wheelchairs

Wheelchair seating is available on the side of the center aisle.  When purchasing your tickets: choose a seat marked with the accessible icon. General seating is in traditional wooden pews. A wheelchair or cushioned chair can be placed at the side of the aisle, marked with a “CH” on our seating chart. Staff will be happy to assist you if you have chosen this option for your ticket.

Stairs and Two Lifts

At each front entrance, there is a flight of stairs up to our Hall level. There are stairs to our restrooms, bar and reception area in the lower level.

Two lifts are located at the Turner Street Entrance (north-west corner of the building.) The Lobby Lift goes from street level to the Hall level.  The Lower Level Lift goes from street level to the lower level for restrooms, bar and reception.

In the lower level, Men’s and Women’s bathrooms each have a stall with a secure grab bar.
